1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the product(s) under the following conditions:

a. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will offer you the following options:

  • Replacement of the defective or incorrect product, or
  • Refund of the purchase amount to your original payment method.

b. Returns for Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns for products that are opened or used. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If the product is unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, we may consider a return request. The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. In such cases, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.

c. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Products that are marked as “final sale” or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

a. Refund for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs in this case.

b. Refund for Change of Mind

If you are eligible for a return due to a change of mind (unused, unopened product), we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

c. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm the condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor. Typically, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

3. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Mirklee (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Return Shipping: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to return the product according to the conditions in this Return and Refund Policy.
