Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 working hours after order confirmation.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 working days, depending on location.
  • Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can usually expect delivery within 3 working days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations
  • Weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Operational or logistical delays

3. UNDELIVERABLE PIN CODES

  • Deliverability is checked at the time of order placement and may be rechecked subsequently.
  • If a Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order placement, we will:
    • Cancel the order
    • Process a full refund within 48 hours for prepaid orders

4. SHIPPING FEES & SPECIAL CASES

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • An additional ₹100 shipping fee is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
